Godfrey returns to rail regulator

Will Godfrey has been appointed as the Office of Rail and Road’s Director of Economics, Finance and Markets.

Currently a director on the Price Review at water regulator Ofwat, and previously of Ofcom, Godfrey returns to ORR after an interval of 17 years since leaving as Head of Competition Economics.
