TFL seeks partner on developments

Transport for London has launched its search for a new Joint Venture partner to create a portfolio of new commercial office-overstation developments at Bank, Paddington and Southwark.

All three sites have received planning consent or resolution to grant planning consent as part of TfL’s wider commercial development programme to build office space and “thousands of high-quality new homes” on its land.
