Crossrail opening schedule

When Chief Executive Andrew Wolstenholme appeared in front of a London Assembly committee in February 2012, he gave this opening schedule:

May 2017: Liverpool Street (High Level)Shenfield.

May 2018: Paddington (High Level)Heathrow Airport.

May 2019: Paddington (Low LevelShenfield.

December 2019: Full opening, including Maidenhead and Abbey Wood.

DfT said in summer 2012 that it expected Paddington (Low Level) to Abbey Wood to open in December 2018.
