…and ticket aid for deaf passengers

Live on-screen sign language support is being made available for deaf passengers wanting to buy tickets to travel with TransPennine Express. The new service is offered at stations as well as for advance bookings at home.

The new tool creates a video link with an expert who can help both station staff and the customer, seven days a week between 0800 and midnight. It is managed by Sign Solutions.
