Live on-screen sign language support is being made available for deaf passengers wanting to buy tickets to travel with TransPenni­ne Express. The new service is offered at stations as well as for advance bookings at home.

The new tool creates a video link with an expert who can help both station staff and the customer, seven days a week between 0800 and midnight. It is managed by Sign Solutions.
