Limited spaces for night cyclists

The thousands of riders expected to take part in next month’s Dunwich Dynamo night ride from London to the East Suffolk coast have been told they cannot return to the capital on Greater Anglia trains - because there are only six spaces per train.

The operator has organised an advance booking system for the few places available on the London-Norwich main line on July 16.

GA Area Customer Services Manager James Steward said: “We are unable to offer mass transit for the large number of cyclists involved. We are advising them to find an alternative way to get back to London.”
