Thameslink bids to tackle mental health

Thameslink has teamed up with Stevenage Football Club to support young people in a new ‘Don’t Tackle it Alone’ mental health campaign.

The League Two club is encouraging youngsters aged between eight and 19 to attend its Friday Kicks sporting events in Stevenage, Baldock and Welwyn Garden City, to get involved in sport, meet new friends, and build confidence.

So far, the campaign has contributed to a 50% reduction in anti-social behaviour.
