Vandals target life-saving kits

Vandals have been accused of putting rail passengers’ lives at risk by damaging or stealing defibrillators at Welsh stations.

Cardiff City footballers have joined the campaign to catch the culprits, after equipment was vandalised at Ninian Park station, close to the club’s Cardiff City Stadium.
