London extends smartcard deals
Smartcard supplier Journeycall has won three major contract extensions with Transport for London.
Since 2006, the company has been handling Oyster cards, Santander Cycle Hire, and customer service processing for people travelling in London. This adds up to four million contact requests a year, including 3.5 million phone calls, all processed at its two UK call centres - at Hull (which opened in April) and at Arbroath.
