Jubilee gala remembers driver John

During a special gala to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, 33002 arrives at Buckfastleigh on June 4 with the 1415 departure from Totnes Riverside. The locomotive carries the JF headcode in remembrance of the late John Frood, a former driver at the South Devon Railway and a much-respected enthusiast with a particular interest in ‘33s’.
