A career railwayman of 30 years, Malcolm’s background is in rail customer service, train crew management, and operations. Having held senior posts with Chiltern Railways and London Overground, Malcolm has been working on West Midlands rail devolution since 2012.

Denise Wetton,

Denise has more than 14 years’ experience in the rail industry across a wide range of disciplines, including commercial, finance, human resources and transformation. In November 2019, she was appointed as commercial and business development director for the North West & Central Region and lead on Project Alpha, the region’s strategic performance improvement programme.

Jonny Wiseman,

Jonny is responsible for stations, on train, property, customer experience strategy and industry alliancing. He has spent 18 years in the rail industry across operational, commercial and customer experience roles.
