Milton Keynes services

It was sad to see the ending of a previous cross-London service, with the final Southern services from Milton Keynes (RAIL 958).

At one time, it was possible to travel from East Croydon to Milton Keynes and even Rugby. These services were not advertised at Birmingham New Street at the time. It seemed to me that it was a missed opportunity.
