Shadow Minister at the controls

Shadow Rail Minister Tan Dhesi found himself at the controls of an Elizabeth line driver simulator on August 5, when he toured the Siemens Mobility facility at Chippenham.

The MP for Slough was there to support the Railway Industry Association’s Rail Fellowship Programme, which gives politicians hands-on experience of day-to-day activity.

After meeting apprentices and some of the 900 Siemens employees at the site, Dhesi said: “I have spoken many times about the benefits Crossrail is delivering in my constituency and beyond.”
