Livery Changes

-

TOTON WAS once again the paint shop of note in the period under review, it first turning out 60002 in GB Railfreight colours in late February before repainting 66122 into DRS blue in the first half of March. Awaiting entry at this time was 66795, the newly imported GBRf loco having seen its orange and black Freightliner vinyls stripped away at Doncaster Roberts Road before dispatch to reveal the underlying plain grey livery.

Early March saw the repainting of Northern’s fleet completed with 158861 the last to lose the lilac and blue livery in favour of white and blue at Arriva Traincare, Crewe. The only units still in the old colours are the Class 153s along with the remaining stored Pacers.
