KWVR ‘non-gala’ during training turns
AS THE Keighley & Worth Valley Railway worked towards reopening it ran staff refresher training, and the start of April turned out to have something of the flavour of a (non-public) mixedtraffic gala. The W&M Railbus was on staff-train shuttles between Damems and Keighley, 20031 was out on a short goods train, and recently recommissioned to service USA S160 2-8-0 5820 Big Jim was on steam-hauled test trains.
