Since its return to the main line in April 2019 after extensive repairs by West Coast Railway at Carnforth, LMS 4-6-2 6201 Princess Elizabeth has been confined to hauling the company’s Northern Belle operation when booked for steam, which has happened five times so far. The 88-year-old Pacific crosses Dent Head Viaduct heading north on the Settle to Carlisle line with the Northern Belle on June 26.
