I had set off specifically to photograph 86259 hauling a

Railway Touring Company charter to Carnforth. Looking at the timings, I was concerned about a late running Pendolino potentially ruining my approach shot of 86259. I managed to get my approaching photo of

86259 just in time, and as they were both travelling at high speed, and with no time to compose, I quickly turned around to grab a passing shot and this is the result. A 1-in-1000 shot? Turned out okay I think!
