Redundant Cowans Sheldon 75-tonne breakdown crane ADRC96713 has become the second example to be exported abroad, it being moved from Burton Wetmore to Southampton Docks by road on September 10 and seemingly destined for the Middle East.

Sister crane ADRC96710 made a similar journey back in March with ADRC96715 still located at Burton.

The fourth surviving example, ADRC96714, is now preserved at the Gwili Railway.

Meanwhile, the York independent snowploughs had their annual test run on September 7, 37407 and 37425 taking ADB965217 and ADB965240 to Knottingley and back.
