Benbros Zebra Toys

Zebra Toys were introduced in the early 1960s and were manufactur­ed along with the existing production of large scale Benbros vehicles. Zebra Toys were packaged in distinctiv­e black and white striped boxes. Most of the models had jewelled headlights and some also had windows and plastic interiors. The AA and RAC Mini Vans apparently had not been introduced when toy production by Benbros came to an end in 1965. They do not appear on a trade

In the following list, numbers in brackets are those shown on Zebra boxes. The other numbers are cast on the models themselves. There seems to be no connection between the two numbering systems! These models are rare in today’s market.
