“You only have to spend 10 minutes in the shop (as I frequently do) to realise they care about their customers and have a genuine passion for what they do.
“They’re a fantastic retailer in their niche, and they support the community wonderfully.”

Now Amrita Brar, 22, has been nominated for the Young Person of the Year award sponsored by The Abbey School.
Her nominator said: “We are thrilled to nominate Amrita for the award due to her remarkable qualities and impactful contributions to her community.
“Amrita embodies positivity, compassion, and inspiration, qualities that shine through her actions and endeavours.”
Having navigated the challenges of the education system herself, Amrita recognised the need for additional support and guidance for students facing similar hurdles, they said.
Armed with a degree in psychology, she “fearlessly embarked on a journey to make a difference.”
At the tender age of 21, she took a bold step and established two tuition centres, First Class Learning in Woodley and Caversham that work alongside the national curriculum.
