I asked on the RC Facebook group for recommended stainless steel suppliers and Dave Middleton’s name was mentioned. Yesterday (Sunday), I placed an order on his website feeling confident that my order would be looked at today (Monday). At 9.27am I get an email advising that my order had been assembled, packed and would be on its way to me today. You really can’t ask for better service than that! Graham Wicks, member

A second star for Dave Middleton: I ordered a BSF caphead. Once paid for, I noticed on Thursday am I had ordered one and not the TWO I needed. I mailed asking for an additional request. Paid Friday, cap heads in hand Monday morning IN LUXEMBOURG. Five-star service! Morgan Rue, member I must give a mention to A Gagg and Sons in Nottingham for outstanding service. The Commando I’m doing needed a new rim and glass for the speedometer. They received it on Wednesday and I had it back on the Saturday. They even re-calibrated it as it was reading 10mph fast at no extra charge, so they definitely deserve a Service Star. Steve Pointer, member 12,557

Top marks please to top Triumph dealer Ace Classics for finding me three copies of last year’s classic calendar. Once found, they were promptly despatched along with a copy of the new 2019 calendar! Well done, and many thanks. Will Ansell, member 4639 I took this old lady for a run today, and 30 miles out the clutch cable popped its gearbox nipple. So on the way home I called into FD Motorcycles at Dunmow who promptly made me a new one. That’s what I call SERVICE! Mick Merrick, member 70
