Our expert judging panel will select the shortlisted properties before deciding the category and overall winners – all of which will be announced from the January 2019 issue of Real Homes onwards. All of the shortlisted projects will be photographed, so you must be willing for you and your home to appear in the magazine and on realhomes.com. The overall winner of this year’s awards will be selected from the winners of each category and receive a £2,000 cash prize. In addition, the winner of each category will receive a £100 John Lewis voucher and a free 12-month subscription to Real Homes magazine, worth more than £46.
