PICTURE POWER: You might not want to ditch meat and dairy for Veganuary, but two-thirds of us aren’t eating our five-a-day of fruit and veg. The answer could be as simple as buying some plates with pics of veggies on them. This boosted consumption in an experiment at the University of Colorado. EXTRA TIP: Serve up different kinds of veg in the same meal. Experts say we eat more if there’s greater variety.
