Three fashion insiders reveal what they take on a trip away

I’m based between Madrid and Valencia, and from here it’s a short flight to Ibiza, so we tend to go several times a year. It’s a special place for me – I met my husband there five years ago and it’s also where I was when the inspiration for Goya sandals struck. We always head out to Formentera, too – it’s the quieter of the two islands and has the most incredible blue water. In fact, we spend as much time in or on the water as possible, so my holiday look is all about swimwear with just a few light layers on top. During the day, I’ll wear a colourful bikini (I love Lisa Marie Fernandez or Solid & Striped) with a neutral-toned vintage cotton or denim shirt, delicate gold jewellery and a sarong tied to one side. I’ve got some great silky sarongs in graphic prints from Bimba Y Lola. After I swim, I like to rinse out my hair and apply some Kiehl’s Damage Repairing Leave-in Treatment and, of course, I use plenty of SPF – either Lancaster or Piz Buin. I’ll carry everything I need in a basket bag, which I pick up from one of the shops around Formentera port. For evening, I’ll change into a swimsuit, which somehow feels more glam, with a long linen skirt – my favourite is by Jacquemus – and either my own Goya sandals or some strappy heels from Mango. Then I’ll have fun with big earrings and bangles.
