PARISIAN FRINGE

-

A fringe that’s longer at either side will wing out flatteringly, especially if you take a couple of inches at the centre of your hairline and pinch together at the root as hair dries, to create lift and encourage the shape. For movement that appears to come from nothing more than tucking hair behind ears, take a medium tong with a clamp and, rather than wrapping sections of hair around the barrel, ‘bend’ them around just once. Hold in place for a moment (avoid creating a ridge by pulsing the clamp open and shut). Then, move the tong down and bend hair in the other direction. Repeat depending on length. Begin your wave no higher than your cheekbones, and leave ends straight.
