Get your mindset prepped for a great day by taking a few minutes in the morning for you, before everyone and everything else kicks in. ‘After doing this, you’ll already feel accomplished, as if your day is your own. And, scientifically, we know this gives people a more successful day.’

Meditate for three to 15 minutes – any kind of meditation you like.

Write affirmations for one to two minutes. They can be things you’re trying to change in your life or that you struggle with. For example, ‘Everything is happening for my greater good, regardless of anything that’s happening now.’
Or, ‘I fully know and trust that I’m loved and supported.’

Do something you love, which raises your vibrations. It could be singing in the shower, drawing, colouring, yoga, stretching or reading.
