SERVES 4 PREPARATIO­N TIME

10 minutes, plus churning

500g Greek yogurt 60g icing sugar Finely grated zest and juice 1 fat unwaxed lime

1tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 Put all the ingredient­s into a mixing bowl and mix together well.

2 Pour yogurt mixture into an ice-cream maker and churn according to manufactur­er’s instructio­ns. This frozen yogurt is best served straight from the ice-cream maker.
