Amanda now back at her best thanks to TURMERIC+
We’re all advised to keep fit for our health. However, some of us can experience skeletal and muscular discomfort after exercising.
This was the case for teaching assistant, Amanda Beardsell, aged 55, who lives in Kent and loves to walk and workout on a regular basis.
