-

Chef Raymond Blanc has created a unique two-michelin-starred culinary experience at Le Manoir aux Quat’saisons, A Belmond Hotel, which marks its 40th birthday in 2024. We’re giving you the chance to celebrate the original garden-to-table experience in style with a very special overnight stay.

You’ll be welcomed with a glass of chilled Champagne and, later on, take a tour of Le Manoir’s gardens and orchards with a senior gardener, witnessing how the hotel’s menus are prepared seasonally, according to the ethos of garden gastronomy. You’ll then get to taste the fruits of this philosophy as you dine on an exceptional five-course dinner in the two-michelin-starred restaurant.

After your day exploring and dining, you’ll retire to your individually-designed room to unwind in complete comfort.
