Actua was taking on the almighty

FIFA and winning. EA had redressed the balance by 1998, but this third instalment is still the best of the franchise – it may not be a trailblazer, but it’s incredibly playable. Also includes the much missed silly codes to make the players fat, flat, or skeletal, amongst many others. Undoubtedly one of the best Psone footy games outside of the FIFA/ISS duopoly.
