Claimed to be the only retrofit bike-specific emergency tracker on the market, dguard was launched in 2017 but has just been updated. As before, it tracks your position via GPS and in the event its software and sensors detect a crash situation (or you press the panic button), it automatically alerts the emergency services. In addition, if it detects movement when the key’s not in the ignition, it sends an alert to your phone and you can track the bike’s movements with a dedicated app. New for the revised version is a feature which tracks your trips and tours and allows you to upload them to social media. It also has Bluetooth so you can link it to an intercom.
