Suzuki Hayabusa
The Suzuki Hayabusa will return to UK showrooms after a two-year absence. The new bike inherits the 1340cc inline four of previous editions but it’s heavily revised to run cleaner and deliver a stronger midrange, even if top-end power has been reduced, from 194bhp to 187bhp.
With it comes a new set of sharper bodywork that is meant to be more aerodynamic than before, as well as significant upgrades to suspension and brakes.
A neat TFT display has been integrated between the analogue clocks and there’s now a full array of rider aids, including an up/down quickshifter, antiwheelie, engine-brake control, cruise control and launch control. It’s the first major upgrade to the bike since 2008. There’s no UK price yet.
