Saturday’s league programme was almost wiped out by the weather.

Stags were on 107-3, with Michael Price having scored 56.

The only other game played saw Oldham seconds beat Ashton seconds on a revised target.

THE Lancashire finals of the ECB under 15s knockout were due to be played at Norden on Sunday.

Stand (118-4 in 20 overs) beat Milnrow (29-4 in 10 overs) on run rate. The other semi-final between Heaton and Euxton was not played following rain.

The Pennine League senior team defeated the Liverpool Competition by five wickets at New Brighton CC on Sunday. Ben Chapman (Monton and Weaste) scored a half century.
