Out with Emmerdale, in with a festive pantomime

- Steve@aata.me

EMMERDALE watchers will be aware that James Burton recently met a spectacular end on the popular television soap.

For actor Bill Ward, who played James, this was his second such exit.

As Charlie Stubbs, bad boy of Coronation Street, he had met a similarly gruesome demise in 2007.

Bill is a good friend of All Across the Arts and we look forward to following his career in acting as well as his burgeoning career as a photographer and his, not widely known, gigs as a jazz clarinettist.

Next up, Bill will be appearing as the wicked Abanazer in Aladdin at Bath Theatre Royal, starting on December 8.

He is ‘looking forward to pointing, snarling and being generally evil whilst wearing a big hat’.
