●●FATHER Christmas is coming to St Barnabas’ Church, Shore, today, Saturday, from 11am to 2pm.

His visit is part of the annual Christmas fair, which features various stalls and a cafe.

Admission is 50p or free for children and everyone is welcome.

●●LITTLEBOROUGH

Library is launching a new crochet group on Monday, November 21, from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Anyone interested in learning the craft is invited to attend, with most materials provided. Participants are invited to bring a large t-shirt to the first session and find out how to transform it into a bag.

●●A CHRISTMAS fair

takes place on Saturday, November 26, from 11am to 3pm at St James’ Church, Calderbrook.

Everyone is welcome, with stalls, refreshments and a Santa’s grotto. ●●RESIDENTS are urged to put Moorhouse Methodist Church’s carol service - Thursday December 22, from 7pm - in their diaries, with everyone welcome.
