Decisions go against Norden

-

A CAREER best return of seven for three by Paddy Martin sent Norden spinning to defeat at Lowerhouse on Sunday.

Stags looked on course for victory when on 80 for three chasing 132. But Josh Tolley was given out, stumped for 50, and the innings took a downslide.

Some of the Norden batsmen were not happy with the decisions against them, but out they had to go and the end total was 97.

Stags had earlier seen Lowerhouse on 76 for seven. It was due to 42 from Chris Cottam that the home side got up to 131.

Jake Sandham and Chris Humphreys each took four wickets.
