Longer days on road for Dale fans
ROCHDALE’S travelling supporters will clock up a total of 6,701 miles on their Sky Bet League One away day journeys in the 2018/19 season.
That makes away days almost 800 miles longer than last campaign, when Keith Hill’s men travelled a distance of 5,920.5 miles.
Dale’s longest return trip will again be to Plymouth Argyle’s Home Park at 598 miles.
With neighbouring clubs Bury and Oldham both relegated to League Two last season, the shortest round journey will be to League One newcomers Accrington Stanley at 35.8 miles.
