still issue tickets at 5.30pm on a Saturday afternoon - a situation exacerbated by the fact that the space outside the shop had been changed from a loading bay to a parking space.

It is a shame to see a quality menswear shop like Dennis Hope go. I have bought a number of items from the shop over the years. There is hope, (excuse the pun), since a new menswear shop – Philip Buckley – is about to open on the Esplanade, so things may improve.

As I have said previously, Rochdale Council, hang your heads in shame.
