It’s on the market for an asking price of £1,295,000.
The former nursery is situated in a semi-rural location on Hargate Avenue, Norden, has a landscaped plot and is also adjacent to farmland and a housing estate.
The site comes with planning consent for E use (formerly use Class D1).
