We are so looking forward to celebratin­g the birth of Jesus, the Prince of Peace, this Christmas Season.

We hope you’ll join us. At times, the challenges of life amidst the festive cheer of Christmas can be tough to navigate. We’re praying for you this season.

We believe Christmas represents a time of unexpected hope for the future, and we hope this Christmas that Jesus shows up in unexpected ways for you too.

Tomorrow, our all-together, all-age morning service starts at 10.30am. We’ll be lighting the fourth candle on our advent wreath. Rev Greenfield will be continuing our sermon series on ‘Psalms of Hope’.

In the evening we have our children’s Christingl­e Service at 4pm. Come along and invite all friends and family for a fun reflective and interactiv­e service for people of all ages! No need to book just come along.

On Christmas Day we meet at 10.30am to celebrate the birth of

Jesus and all He has done for us. This will be a one-hour family-friendly worship service with communion. All are welcome to join us for this joyous occasion.

There will be no midweek activities over the holidays. Smurfs and bible study groups will resume in January. The Fellowship at St Mary’s Church Balderston­e wish you all a happy Christmas and a Peaceful New Year All events are free.
