THIS morning is our first coffee morning of the new year.

If you’re starting to feel those mid-january blues, why not pop in for a brew and a toasted teacake or a slice of cake.

A warm welcome guaranteed.

Tomorrow, our morning service starts at 10.30am.

The Rev James Greenfield will be kicking off our new sermon series from the book of Esther.

Children’s Groups will be available for ages four - 11.

Whether it’s your first time or you are part of the family we’d love to welcome you!

Sunday evening prayer meetings restart tomorrow,

6.30pm-7.30pm at Christ Church (Block Lane, Chadderton, OL9 7QB).

If you can’t come in person, you have the option of joining in via zoom.

SMURFS (St Mary’s Under 5’s) stay-and-play meets on Tuesday,

1.30pm-3pm in the parish room.

New members are welcome.

There is a small charge of £1 for one adult with one child and an extra 30p each for extra children.

Midweek Bibles studies have just begun looking at Hebrews.

If you’re interested but have never been to a group like this before this would be a great time to try it out.

On Wednesday there is a day-time group which meets at 10am in the church lounge and an evening group meets at

7.20pm at the home of a group member, you can also join via Zoom.

There is also a Zoom only group on Thursday evening at 7.30pm.

Also this Wednesday we begin our ‘Hope Explored’ course, 7.30pm-8.45pm.

This is a three-week course for anyone who would like to find out more about the hope that Jesus brings.

It’s for anyone whether you’re new to Christian things or you’d just like to brush up on the basics.

It will be taking place on Zoom.
