We celebrated our Year 5 pupils’ achievement during their Bike Right lessons, recently.

The children took part in dreadful weather, and showed great resilience and perseverance. Some children achieved Level 1, becoming more confident at riding a bike, and some children achieved Level 2 and were able to ride out on the local roads.

Well done to all the children involved.

Our Reading Challenge for the last half term, ‘I can read graphic novels,’ ended, and children were chosen by staff to receive a golden token. The tokens were used in the school’s vending machine, for a book of their choice.

The children across school took part in the ‘Genre Jam’ on the last day of the Half Term.

Each year group had a different genre of music to perform; it was a super way to end our week, and our Half Term.

The children really enjoyed taking part.

There are still places available in our Nursery (morning or afternoon sessions).

Please contact the school office on 01706 648198, or call in to school, if you are interested in applying for a place.
