THE £ 1 million speed cameras. 10,000 drivers fined on Grane Road in three months ( Facebook, March 28)

Keith Iremonger Should spend the “fine” money on the potholes .

Thomas Push I wonder if accident levels have reduced? If so, then worth the money.

Keith Knowles Strange that the cameras were supposed to stop speeding not make a profit from it.

Phil Renwick Good, serves um right for breaking the law. I’d double it and add more points.

Kelly Reeves Ok so where does this money go? Who profits from it? Why not put it back into the roads?

Paul Coppack I’m not one for speed cameras... but I’m amazed Grane Road has taken so long have something put in place - been too many deaths there.

Jack Eastwood To be speeding on the Grane you deserve the fine. It’s a fast enough road at the speed limit as it is. Too many accidents and this is why.

Adam Millward So they do know the cameras have to be visible at night right they have the lights but never on pointless

Will Butler Who receives the fines? If Rossendale council did the valley would be a lot richer place,
