DORA RUSHTON
DORA Rushton, of The Lindens Rest Home, Haslingden, died on Sunday, August 12, aged 91.
Dora, wife of the late Allan, had been married for 59 years when he died in 2014.
The funeral was held at St Peter’s Church in Haslingden, on Wednesday, August 22, with a service led by the Rev Judith Balkwell, followed by interment at Haslingden Cemetery.

He was also a loving brother-in-law, uncle and son-in-law.
Peter was born in and went to school in Rochdale. After leaving school he worked as a Health and safety officer in Stockport.
He loved collecting electric trains sets and was a great fan of music specially Pink Floyd and Rush.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 29, at 1.40pm led by Peter Zucca at Rochdale Crematorium.
Family have expressed that formal dress is not required. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Cancer Research or Macmillan UK.

Richard and Kinsey, stepdaughter Sarah, partner James, and grandchildren Finlay and Gracie and stepson Michael, partner Maria and grandchildren Emily, David, Ava, Lily and Bethany.
He also leaves his step brothers Chris and Matthew, his aunty Mary and many in-laws and friends.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 24, at 10.40am at Burnley Crematorium, followed by light refreshments at The Boot and Shoe.
