Happy 100th birthday Brownies
THE 1st Rossendale Brownies, based at the Halliwell Scout HQ in Rawtenstall, celebrated their centenary.
They marked the occasion by inviting the public and parents of old and new Brownies to their final meeting of the year.
The event was well attended with a few activities such as gingerbread reindeer decorating, s’mores and knitting Nancy’s. There were also uniforms on display from a very old Brownies uniform up to modern day.
