Ramsbottom face Division One clash at Lowerhouse

IT’S set to be another busy weekend of Lancashire League action as the latest round of fixtures takes place.

In Division One, there is a local derby as Norden welcome Rochdale to Woodhouse Lane. Rochdale are in Worsley Cup quarter-final action this weekend too, making the trip to the Horsfield to take on Colne.

Ramsbottom head to The Brooks Foundation Ground to face Lowerhouse, Accrington welcome Crompton to The Property Shop Arena, while Church face Walsden at Blackburn Road.

Elsewhere in Division One, Todmorden play Burnley at Centre Vale, and Darwen face Clitheroe at The Ainsworth Lord Estates Ground.

In Division Two, Bacup head to Ladyhouse to play Milnrow, Littleboro­ugh host Middleton at Hare Hill, while Great Harwood have a home game with East Lancashire at Cliffe Park.

Rawtenstal­l play Nelson at the Worswick Memorial Ground, Rishton and Haslingden clash at Blackburn Road and Enfield head to the Horsfield to play Colne.

It’s also the final group stage match in the Twenty20 competitio­n this weekend before the quarter-finals then take place next week.

In the JWL Manchester Craft group, Ramsbottom travel to Scott Street to face Walsden, Norden and Littleboro­ugh clash at Woodhouse Lane and Haslingden host Crompton at the CDM Windows Bentgate Cricket Ground.

In the JWL Bitter group, Accrington host Darwen at the Property Shop Arena, Enfield travel to The MyProtein Turf Moor to face Burnley and Nelson and Lowerhouse meet at Seedhill.

In the JWL Founders group, Church face Clitheroe at Chatburn Road, Great Harwood host East Lancashire at Cliffe Park and Rishton travel to The Horsfield to take on Colne.

In the JWL MPA group, Rochdale and Bacup play at Redbrook, Rawtenstal­l welcome Todmorden to the Worswick Memorial Ground, and Milnrow are at home to Middleton at Ladyhouse.
