New owners for Rossendale’s premier Timber Merchants

-

You’re probably aware that North West Timber Treatments Ltd added their Waterfoot branch, formerly another local family run business - James Ashworth ‘Waterfoot’, to their expanding company earlier this year, just before the Coronavirus pandemic arrived in the UK.

Roger Mayor, NWTT Managing Director, told us how immensely proud he is of the new branch fitting so successfully into the NWTT brand in such turbulent times. Both the local, loyal customers and staff have appreciated the increase in products available, and the benefits a larger company can offer. One of those benefits, is the choice to buy online, for delivery to your door - something many customers took advantage of during the national lockdown. Of course the nwtt.co.uk website was open when the depot was closed and many customers, including the trade, enjoyed ordering from their own homes.

The staff at all branches of the family run business, go out of their way to provide a customer service, second to none and have a great understanding of timber and related products. They are always on hand to provide reliable, expert advice to help you choose the right products for your particular project.

All the NWTT depots, Ashton- in- Makerfield ( Wigan), St. Helens, Manchester ( Walkden), Skelmersdale, and right here in Waterfoot (Rossendale), are operating in a safe, COVID aware manner, with stringent safety measures in place throughout the company. Face coverings are now mandatory in shops and stores, hand sanitiser awaits you when you enter the premises and you will be asked to keep a safe distance from others at all times, to help curb the spread of the virus, affecting all our lives. Their delivery service is also safe and contact-free, giving you confidence that NWTT are taking everyones health and safety seriously.
