CAR BLAZE

THE cause of a multiple car fire in Whitworth is under investigation.

Firefighters from Bacup tackled a vehicle fire on Fern Isle Close at around 6.50pm on Saturday, December 19.

The fire had spread to a further two vehicles when firefighters arrived.

They extinguished the blaze using two hose reels.
