Thanks to our snow warriors
A NICE treat for those of us who enjoy the snow arrived earlier this week - making things feel a little bit more festive.
But it would be remiss not to celebrate those for whom the sort of snow which arrived is not such good news.
As someone who struggles to keep a car in a straight line when there is so much as a lick of ice on the road, it’s impressive to see the binmen get round so quickly, and so safely.
For postmen (and women) too, getting the deliveries through is also a challenge - but still achieved.
A winter wonderland for many of us, made all the better for the hard work of those for whom snow just makes their jobs that little bit harder. Thank you!
