College unveils virtual training

ACCRINGTON and Rossendale College have launched a virtual apprenticeship event next month.

The event, held virtually on Wednesday February 3, will allow prospective apprentices to find out more about work experience, industry placements and volunteering.

Held online there will be talks with experts, employers and apprentices about their experiences.

There will also be exclusive videos on sector apprenticeships and work placements as well as help with CVs and the chance to apply for apprenticeship vacancies across a wide variety of sectors.

Benefits of an apprenticeship include earning a salary, training in the skills employers want and learning at your own pace alongside a mentor.
