Legacy to help children

-

ASHLEIGH Whitaker’s fiancé Mitchell Antrobus has set up a Foundation to create a lasting legacy in her memory.

He says it is still a work in progress, but he wants the Ashleigh Whitaker Foundation to help grieving children following the shock of losing a loved one.

He said this could be through providing respite holidays away for kids, bringing them into contact with children in the same position.

Mitchell said: “I just want some support for grieving children or the single parent that’s left behind - in Ashleigh’s name and her legacy. The Foundation is going to help them with their grieving, bringing kids together so they can bond and they’ve got the same connection. She would absolutely love this idea; she would be over the moon with it.”

The Foundation has its own Facebook page.
